Adult Choir Programs
MorningSong - During the month of July, anyone who would like to sing in the choir is invited to join us on Sunday mornings. We will meet at 9:00 a.m. to sing for the 9:30 service and/or 10:30 am to sing for the 11:00 service. This will be on Sundays, July 8, 15, 22, and 29. There are no Wednesday rehearsals during July.
Choral Union, the primary service choir for FUMC, is one of the finest choirs in the metroplex. The choir is directed by Taylor Davis and sings everything from great choral masterworks to cherished hymns. Choral Union also holds the distinction of being on the cutting edge of choral music, premiering several new pieces each year. The group rehearses 7:00-8:30 p.m. Wednesday evenings in the Choir Suite. Choral Union is open to all adults. No auditions required.

Adoramus - Latin for ‘we adore’ - is the resident chamber choir for First United Methodist Church under the direction of Taylor Davis. This 21-voice ensemble has toured internationally and performed in such venues as Tewkesbury Abbey and Gloucester Cathedral. In November 2008 the group released its first CD, "Solemn Splendor", which is available internationally under the Clarion record label.
