Other Music Programs
Breath of God is the Early Music ensemble of FUMC. This instrumental group specializes in music of the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Breath of God is comprised of two smaller groups, Praetorius Consort and Capriol Consort. Instruments include authentic wooden recorders, krumhorns, conramussen, gemshorns, and early percussion instruments. Breath of God is open to all church members, youth or older.

Threadbare Theatre is one of the fine arts programs at FUMC. Led by head puppeteer Ed Landwehr, the theatre fills its puppeteer and technical support positions based on an interview and audition.

Spectrum Ensemble Series – FUMC is home to the critically acclaimed Spectrum Ensemble. This group is comprised of the finest players from the Fort Worth and Dallas Symphony Orchestras. Concerts are usually held in Leonard Memorial Chapel. The concerts are free of charge and are followed by a reception in Room 154.
